I recently had 5 EMDR and Somatic therapy sessions with Sarah. I had already had some amazing massages and Reiki with her, so it was great to try this with her, as I love her healing energy and insight. The sessions were really helpful and moved me along a long way on my journey, and I hope to continue in the new year. Not only did she show enormous wisdom, intuition and creativity in the sessions, but she also gave a lot of attention to structure and detail, so I felt really looked after and valued. I felt that she really got me and brought freshness to my long history of anxiety and trauma. I would highly recommend her.

Helena did an amazing job with Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. As I came in she made me feel at ease and was welcoming. She offered to make me some herbal tea. We spoke about what I wanted from the session such as stress relief, anxiety relief, muscle tension and nots etc. I had a few questions as I was anxious and she was more than happy to help. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable at what she does, she told me all about the parasympathetic ventral vagus nerve and how it affects my mood and anxiety. I can’t wait to come again. If it were possible I would give her 10 stars and more.
