1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy

Upon booking an appointment online, you will receive an automated email with all necessary information for your appointment. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Payments for services can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer through different bank platforms provided.

Please note: By paying online, you are completing the full fee for the service and not a deposit. Once you book, the therapist may reach out by phone or email to confirm if any additional deposit
or the full payment is required before the treatment date. This fee will be applied to your booking.
Please be respectful of each therapist's request for payments, as this helps confirm your booking.

Each therapist operates independently and uses Nuutherapy solely as a platform for bookings. They do not work for Nuutherapy directly.

2. Rescheduling Policy

The fee is non-refundable. However, there is a 24-hour rescheduling policy allowing you to change your appointment if you cannot attend. Please notify the therapist within 24 or 48 hours, depending on their specific policy. To reschedule, visit the website, select the treatment you booked, check the online calendar for your preferred date and time, and inform the therapist so they can make the change.

3. Respecting Individual Therapist Policies

Each therapist has their own policies regarding payments, deposits, and treatment methods. Please respect these guidelines and maintain a kind and understanding manner when interacting with them.
After booking, each therapist will receive your contact information and will reach out via email, phone, or text/WhatsApp to provide further information regarding the appointment, such as the location, forms to complete, and other necessary treatment requirements.
