Maryline nurtures expecting mums weekly with Pregnancy Yoga classes Thursday daytime in Manchester Northern Quarter. 


The classes combine strengthening, stretching and birth preparation in the comfort of a beautiful studio in the Manchester Buddhist Centre building. 


You can practice from 14 weeks right until your due date.  Whether on mat leave, working from home or flexi hours, enjoy the midday practice & opportunity to socialise whilst keeping your evenings free! 


Maryline has over 18 years experience in the field of prenatal yoga.
